Hello! I am a birth doula and childbirth educator in the Puget Sound region. My pronouns are she/her/hers. I have been working with families since 2014 and am a PEPS group leader, Lamaze certified childbirth educator, PALS certified birth doula, and BADT Certified Full Spectrum Doula.
Originally from central NY, I have lived in the PNW since 2008. I love to read, write, create art, craft, explore, organize, cook (and eat!). It is important to me to be actively involved in my communities, so you can often find me volunteering at my son’s elementary school, meeting up with friends at the park, volunteering with organizations that are important to me, and seeking out training and conferences as often as possible!
I believe that all birthing people deserve to be respected, cared for, safe, and trusted during their pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. My goal as a childbirth professional is to hold space for parents to get the support they need during these big transitions in their lives. This support looks different for everyone, and I strive to personalize the experience with the families I am connected with or to refer directly to birth support that may be a better fit.
